The main problem of organizations is coordination in the event of a crisis to control it. In this regard, in this study, we are looking for influential components in the cooperation between disaster management organizations in the earthquake-stricken areas of Kermanshah.
Method: This is a descriptive-correlational study with an applied aim that the statistical population consisted of 120 managers, experts and experts of 20 crisis management agencies in Kermanshah province who had the least executive experience in the last two earthquakes. A sample of 92 people was selected. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data.
Results: There was a semantic relationship between the components of organizational, structural, communication, informational, resources and equipment, educational, cultural and coordination between disaster management organizations in the earthquake-stricken areas of Kermanshah. A total of 54 effective components in coordination were identified that "communication components" with a rank mean of 5.04 were the most effective and "information components" with an average of 3.90 were the least effective components.
Conclusion: In order to create fruitful and efficient coordination between the organizations responsible for disaster management, it is necessary to identify precisely the implementation, practice and re-implementation of the experimental maneuvers in order to create effective coordination between organizations in the field of action.
