Background and Purpose: In this research, seismic hazard maps of district 8, region 1 of Tehran Municipality with central coordinates of 51.459839 (longitude) and 35.793794 (latitude) has been estimated and analyzed.
Method: This research is a sort of practical study using analytical estimation. In fact, the main issue of this work is to evaluate and find a relationship between what is current status and what should be the status using a case study. As a first step, data collections based on the existing evidence and documents gas been done and then, as the second step using literature review and documents and analyzing the obtained data, the results were determined.
Results: The seismic catalog of the study area (within a radius of 150 km from the center of the study site) was collected according to the seismic data bases. Consequently, seism genetic sources were determined using the map of active faults in Iran and the history of the occurred earthquakes. In the follow, using Zmap software, seismic parameters of the region and seismic sources (B-value and Rate) were determined.
Conclusion: The modeling of the study area in EZ-FRISK application software showed that according to the obtained results, the maximum of peak ground acceleration (without considering any factors of safety) in this area for a return period of 475, 975 and 2475 years was respectively predicted as 0.38g, 0.51g and 0.71g.

Background & Objects: According to sixth issue of the National Building Regulations in Iran, the calculation of building structures against lateral forces of wind and earthquake is done separately. Maximum effect of these two lateral forces is used to calculating criterion of each element of the structure. In any case, it is mandatory to observe the special rules of seismic design according to the structural system in all members. Since most parts of the country are located on the plateau of Iran, which is at a high level in terms of seismicity, many engineers pay special attention to the seimic loads, versus wind loads.

Method:In this study, while reviewing the wind phenomenon, within the framework of the methods approved by the regulations and applicable standards of the country, all possible situations and design criteria in the lateral wind force calculating in different buildings of the country have been analyzed by comparing the earthquake lateral force. Among the studied areas, the results of provincial centers are presented in this article. The impact of all types of soil, structural systems, seismic hazard zone, the importance of buildings according to the building function and existing standards of the country is considered in this study. More over, according to the different building function and structural system, the necessary gravitational loads have been applied in the calculation process.

Findings: The elevation level of dominance of static wind load versus equivalent static earthquake load is obtained in studied areas and considering the allowable height of the structural systems. According to the rules; the lateral wind load from this level upwards should be the main criterion for the design of building structures. The results in the form of different tables indicate the height levels that the design needs to be considered more seriously against lateral wind force.
Conclusion: The results of the analysis indicate that by increasing the values of the behavior factor of buildings, the height level of the structure when the lateral force of the wind overcomes the lateral force of the earthquake decreases. Ardabil, Zahedan and Kerman are among the critical areas against wind due to the regional wind speed of 130 km per hour, which requires more attention of structural engineers. Alborz, Ilam, Kohkiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces have less sensitivity in terms of wind lateral load because they have an average wind speed of less than 80 km per hour in all seasons. The wind lateral force in the initial levels of altitude is dominant over the seismic lateral force for all types of structural systems with different importance in most sites with soil type I. Therefore, it needs special attention.

Background and objective: Earthquake as a natural hazard has effects and consequences that can be examined from two dimensions of losses and damages. As a country with a high seismic zoning, Iran suffers from earthquake losses and damages almost every year. The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the damage of rural micro-businesses from the earthquake in Dena county.
Method: The study method in this research is based on qualitative method (grounded theory). The information required for this study was collected through semi-structured interviews. The study population consists of small and local business activists affected by the earthquake in Dena city. Preliminary estimates show that 366 rural businesses were directly and indirectly affected by the earthquake. The sample population was determined to extract the categories purposefully and based on the snowball method until the theoretical saturation of the interview with 22 people was reached.
Findings: The results were extracted in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective. In the data extraction stage, 34 concepts were identified in the form of 4 main categories. According to the results, the category of managerial and economic factors has 9 concepts, the category of regulatory and executive factors has 9 concepts, the category of individual and organizational factors has 11 concepts and the category of infrastructure factors has 6 concepts. Among the extracted categories, the categories of individual and organizational factors and managerial and economic factors have more impact than other categories.
Conclusion: According to the findings, the rehabilitation of damaged businesses requires the attention of the responsible organizations to the category of business at the same time as other aspects of reconstruction. The results also showed that the factors affecting the damage to rural businesses can be examined in two groups of intra-environmental and extra-environmental factors.

Background and objective: In these days many people lost their lives and properties to natural events like floods, earthquakes, and storms. planning before the occurrence of a crisis in order to come up against it is very important and decreases the number of injured and response time.in addition, choosing the number of emergency stations, production centers, and their location is effective for response teams and maximum the use of equipment and space. In this article a two objective mathematical model that minimum costs of transporting relief items and Relief times is proposed, the model also helps us to choose the number of server centers and production centers according to the severity of the earthquake.
Method: Besides in this research we assume that injured people are in
three categories green, red and yellow depends on the severity of their injury. Since the problem assumes for programming before the crisis, the proposed model is solved in two-stage. In the first stage, we assume that all injured and relief items transport on time. Then in the second stage, we solve the model with the assumption that we may make some mistakes in the predictions of capacity and demand especially when we confront a drastic earthquake and for this reason, some of the injured people can't transport on time. The proposed model is solved in GAMS with the LP-metric method.
Findings: Solving the model shows that patient classification helps us decide which service centers to send relief items to and which centers do not in cases where we have a shortage of resources and cannot send enough relief items. The same is true when ambulances and helicopters do not have enough space to evacuate the injured, in this case, the model helps us decide whether or not to send patients, in such a way that the time of sending items and patients and non-service costs are minimized.
Conclusion: Performance of the model evaluates with solving different examples, Model sensitivity analysis results show that predictions about the number of injuries and the also the costs that we assume for Penalty of not sending equipment and injuries are some of the most effective parameters in the model result. Also, our predictions about the percentage of injured who turn to green, yellow and red patients and the percentage of injured yellow who turn to the red patient has an important effect on the number of patients referred to service centers and the allocation of medical items to service centers.

Background and objective: Crises are inevitable and organizations must be strategically prepared to deal with them. In this regard, the learning ability and creativity of the organization's employees are positive factors in controlling the crisis. Of course, organizations can be effective in crises when their human resources also feel psychologically better. So, this study aimed to investigate the effect of mental health on strategic preparation for crisis regarding the mediating role of organizational learning ability and creativity of firefighters in Guilan province.
Method: The present study is an applied and descriptive study that was conducted as a survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study consisted of 1111 employees of fire stations in Guilan. Due to the dispersion of the population, first through the cluster sampling method, a number of these organizations were identified in clusters of the province. Then, according to Cochran's formula, 286 of them were considered as the sample through a simple random sampling method. The present study was used these questionnaires; the general health of Goldberg (1979), the strategic preparation for crisis of Reilly (1987), the organizational learning ability of Jerez-Gomez et al. (2005), and the organizational creativity of Rhee & Choi (2017). Cronbach's alpha of each questionnaire was 0.88, 0.84, 0.94, and 0.78, respectively. To analyze the data, the structural equation modeling method of Smart PLS software was used.
Findings: The results showed that mental health has a positive and significant effect on the organizational learning ability and creativity of firefighters. It was also found that organizational learning ability has a positive and significant effect on organizational creativity and firefighters’ strategic preparation for crisis. However, the effect of mental health and organizational creativity on firefighters’ strategic preparation for crisis in Guilan was rejected. The positive and significant mediating role of organizational learning ability was accepted in the relationship between mental health and strategic preparation for crisis and in the relationship between mental health and organizational creativity. But the mediating role of organizational creativity was rejected in the research model.
Conclusion: The crises faced by a firefighter are emergencies that one may not be able to respond to at the moment, but learning makes one more prepared and has a positive effect on one's creativity. Also, the desired level of employees’ mental health can positively affect their learning ability.
