fa تحلیل گفتمان پیکره‌یار دستورالعمل‌های ستاد مدیریت بحران کرونای شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">همه‌گیری کووید-</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">۱۹</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">، به عنوان یک وضعیت اضطراری بهداشت جهانی، توجه زیادی را از سوی جامعه بین‌المللی به خود جلب کرده است. در دوران همه‌گیری، مدیریت کارآمد کووید-19 توسط مقامات بهداشت عمومی به انتشار مؤثر اطلاعات مرتبط با سلامت وابسته است. </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ستاد مدیریت بحران کرونای کلانهشر تهران، به‌عنوان یکی از نهادهای کلیدی، دستورالعمل‌هایی را برای مدیریت بحران کرونا در زمان هم‌گیری تدوین کرد. با این حال، بررسی اولیه این دستورالعمل‌ها نشان می‌دهد که به دلیل پیچیدگی زبانی، عدم تطبیق با نیازهای مخاطبان مختلف، و فقدان یکپارچگی در استفاده از واژگان، اثربخشی آنها محدود بوده است.</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل گفتمان پیکره‌یار، به بررسی گفتمان دستورالعمل‌های ستاد مدیریت بحران کرونا در سازمان پیشگیری و مدیریت بحران شهر تهران می‌پردازد. پیکره‌ای تخصصی، تک‌زبانه، و پویا با 452,624 واژه از 109 فایل </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">PDF</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">دستورالعمل‌های مرتبط با بحران کرونا استخراج شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Sketch Engine</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">WordSmith</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> انجام گرفت و کلیدواژه‌های پربسامد نظیر &laquo;ویروس&raquo;، &laquo;کرونا&raquo;، &laquo;دست&raquo;، &laquo;مواد&raquo;، &laquo;بیماری&raquo; و &laquo;فاصله&raquo; شناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که گفتمان موجود در دستورالعمل‌ها به دلیل پیچیدگی زبانی، عدم طبقه‌بندی برای مخاطبان مختلف و فقدان استانداردسازی واژگان، تأثیرگذاری محدودی داشته است. این پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌دهد که با ساده‌سازی سازه‌های زبانی، تدوین دستورالعمل‌های متناسب با سطوح مختلف جامعه، و استفاده از فناوری‌های دیجیتال، اثربخشی ارتباطات بحران بهبود یابد. این مطالعه بر اهمیت تحلیل پیکره‌یار در شناسایی الگوهای زبانی و ارتقای مدیریت بحران تأکید دارد و چارچوبی برای تدوین دستورالعمل‌های مؤثر در بحران‌های آینده ارائه می‌کند.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; The COVID-19 pandemic, as a global health emergency, has attracted considerable attention from the international community. During the pandemic, effective management of COVID-19 by public health authorities depends on the effective dissemination of health-related information. The Corona Disaster Management Headquarters of the Greater Tehran Municipality, as one of the key institutions, developed guidelines for managing the Corona Disaster during the pandemic. However, an initial review of these guidelines shows that their effectiveness has been limited due to linguistic complexity, lack of adaptation to the needs of different audiences, and lack of consistency in the use of vocabulary. This study uses a corpus-based discourse analysis approach to examine the discourse of the guidelines of the Corona Disaster Management Headquarters in the Tehran City Disaster Prevention and Management Organization. A specialized, monolingual, and dynamic corpus with 452,624 words was extracted from 109 PDF files of guidelines related to the Corona Disaster. Data analysis was performed using Sketch Engine and WordSmith software, and high-frequency keywords such as &ldquo;virus&rdquo;, &ldquo;corona&rdquo;, &ldquo;hand&rdquo;, &ldquo;material&rdquo;, &ldquo;disease&rdquo; and &ldquo;distance&rdquo; were identified. The results show that the discourse in the guidelines had limited impact due to linguistic complexity, lack of classification for different audiences and lack of standardization of vocabulary. This research suggests that the effectiveness of Disaster communication can be improved by simplifying linguistic structures, developing guidelines appropriate for different levels of society, and using digital technologies.
