fa بررسی رابطه محدودیت‌های فضای شهری بر عملکرد نیروها و خودروهای آتش‌نشانی در شرایط بحران شهر تهران Investigating the Relationship Between Urban Space Limitations and the Performance of Firefighting Forces and Vehicles in the Crisis Conditions of Tehran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: برای کاهش خطرات ناشی از آتش‌سوزی برای شهروندان، تحلیل محدودیت های فضا - زمان برای آتش نشانان، ضروری است. در منطقه‌ی19 الگوهای فضایی-زمانی آتش‌سوزی بسته به زمان، مکان و علل آن‌ها متفاوت است. هدف پژوهش بررسی تاثیر محدودیت‌های فضای شهری بر عملکرد نیروهای اعزامی و خودروهای آتش‌نشانی در شرایط بحران در منطقه 19 تهران است. با توجه به سد معبرهای صورت گرفته و ساختار غلط طراحی‌های شهری و عدم نظارت مسئولین به ترافیک شهری، اهمیت پرداختن به چالش‌های اعزام اتش‌نشانان به علت محدودیت فضای شهری ضروری است. داده و روش : روش پژوهش، از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل پرسنل عملیاتی ایستگاه‌های تحت پوشش منطقه‌ی 19 تهران به تعداد 210 نفر، بصورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و با تعیین حجم نمونه از طریق جدول مورگان 132 نفر مشخص شده است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ای با 30 گویه بوده است که روایی محتوایی آن، توسط خبرگان آتش‌نشانی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS40 و آلفای کرونباخ 76/0 بدست آمد. از آزمون‌های کلوموگراف اسمیرنف و رگرسیون جهت تعیین نرمال بودن داده‌ها و تعیین رابطه میان متغیرها استفاده گردید. در منطقه‌ی مورد مطالعه درباره‌ی محدودیت‌ها و مشکلات فضای شهری جهت اعزام نیروهای آتش‌نشانی پژوهش‌هایی انجام نشده است، لذا از این منظر دارای نوآوری است. فرض پژوهش این است که، محدودیت‌های فضای شهری بر عملکرد نیروهای اعزامی و خودروهای آتش‌نشانی در شرایط بحران در منطقه تاثیر معناداری دارد. سوال پژوهش این است که آیا محدودیت‌های فضای شهری بر عملکرد نیروهای اعزامی و خودروهای آتش‌نشانی در شرایط بحران در منطقه‌ی 19 شهر تهران تاثیر دارد؟ یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که، ضریب همبستگی بافت‌های فرسوده، زیرساخت‌های شهری، رشد جمعیت و حمل‌ونقل نسبت به عملکرد نیروی اعزامی و خودروهای آتش‌نشانی به ترتیب 0/51 –، 0/48 –، 0/45 – و 0/32 – یعنی در جهت عکس است. متغیر بافت‌های فرسوده،%26/2 ، زیرساخت‌های شهری،%23/7 ، رشد جمعیت،%20/9 و حمل‌ونقل عمومی،%10/5 از متغیر عملکرد نیروی اعزامی و خودروهای آتش‌نشانی را در جهت معکوس پیش‌بینی می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که محدودیت‌های فضای شهری شامل محدودیت‌های بافت فرسوده، زیرساخت‌های شهری، رشد جمعیت و حمل‌ونقل عمومی بر عملکرد نیروهای اعزامی و خودروهای آتش‌نشانی در شرایط بحران در شهر تهران تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین محدودیت‌های فضای شهری سبب کاهش عملکرد نیروهای اعزامی و خودروهای آتش‌نشانی در شرایط بحران شده است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Purpose: For reduce the risks of fires to citizens, it is essential to analyze space-time constraints for firefighters. In Region 19, the spatio-temporal patterns of fires vary depending on time, location, and their causes.Purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of urban space restrictions on performance of dispatch forces and fire trucks in crisis conditions in the 19th district of Tehran. Considering the blockage of crossings, the incorrect structure of urban designs, and the lack of supervision by authorities over urban traffic, it is essential to address the challenges of dispatching firefighters due to limited urban space Methodology and data: Present research method is descriptive-correlation. statistical population included 210 operational personnel of the stations covered by the 19th district of Tehran. Sampling was random and the sample size was determined by Morgan table of 132 people. research tool was a questionnaire with 30 items, whose content validity was confirmed by fire experts. reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using SPSS40 software and Cronbach's alpha was 0.76. Smirnov's chromograph and regression tests were used to determine the normality of data and determine the relationship between variables. In the studied area, no research has been done about the limitations and problems of the urban space for dispatching fire brigades, so it is innovative from this point of view. assumption of the research is that the limitations of the urban space have a significant effect on the performance of dispatch forces and firefighting vehicles in crisis conditions in the region. question of the research is whether the limitations of the urban space have an effect on the performance of dispatch forces and fire engines in crisis conditions in the 19th district of Tehran. Findings: Findings indicate that the correlation coefficient of dilapidated tissues, urban infrastructure, population growth and transportation with respect to performance of the dispatch force and fire trucks are 0.51, 0.48, 0.45, and 0.32, respectively. It is in the direction of the photo. variable of dilapidated tissues, 26.2%, urban infrastructure, 23.7%, population growth, 20.9%, and public transportation, 10.5%, predicts the performance of the dispatch force and fire trucks in the opposite direction. Conclusion: Results of this research showed that the limitations of the urban space, including the limitations of worn-out fabric, urban infrastructure, population growth, and public transportation, have a significant effect on the performance of dispatch forces and fire engines in crisis situations in Tehran.
