fa بررسی و تبیین رفتارهای مشارکتی شهروندی در ارتقای سطح ایمنی شهری با مطالعه سازمان آتش‌نشانی و خدمات ایمنی مشهد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong> امروزه موضوع ایمنی یکی از اساسی‌ترین نیازهای زندگی بشر است و سازمان آتش‌نشانی در مرحله نخست با انجام اقدامات پیشگیرانه همانند آموزش توصیه‌های ایمنی، تلاش در جهت کاهش حوادث دارد و در مرتبه دوم به هنگام بروز حوادث به مقابله با آن‌ها می‌پردازد. بی‌گمان مشارکت مردمی در همراهی با آتش‌نشانی،‌ این سازمان را در انجام وظایف خود به نحو مطلوب‌تری یاری ‌می‌رساند. باتوجه‌به مشارکت کم شهروندان در فعالیت‌های آتش‌نشانی در کشور و شهر مشهد و عدم بررسی و تبیین این موضوع به‌صورت علمی، این تحقیق درصدد بررسی و تبیین رفتارهای مشارکتی شهروندی در ارتقای سطح ایمنی شهری با مطالعه سازمان آتش‌نشانی و خدمات ایمنی مشهد می‌باشد.<br> <strong>روش </strong>این تحقیق با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شهروندان شهر مشهد بودند که از بین آن‌ها 821 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه از منطقه 13 گانه انتخاب شدند. شیوه نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم و خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای بوده است. اطلاعات با ابزار پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوری شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد رعایت اصول ایمنی شهروندان در حد بالا می‌باشد. متغیر تمایل به مشارکت حدود 0/26 درصد بر رفتارهای مشارکتی در فعالیت‌های آتش‌نشانی تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌دار می‌گذارد. بیشترین تأثیر بر تمایل به مشارکت به‌ترتیب مربوط به متغیرهای هنجار ذهنی (ضریب بتا= 0/46)، اهمیت مشارکت (ضریب بتا= 0/23) و نگرش به مشارکت (ضریب بتا=0/12) می‌باشند. متغیر اهمیت مشارکت بر نگرش به مشارکت (ضریب بتا= 0/78) و هنجار ذهنی (ضریب بتا= 0/72) تأثیر دارد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> باید به متغیر اهمیت مشارکت در ایمنی و مدیریت بحران به‌دلیل تأثیرگذاری که بر متغیرهای گرایش و هنجار و سپس تمایل به مشارکت دارد، بیشتر توجه شود.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and objective</strong> Safety has become one of the most fundamental human needs in contemporary life. In this regard, fire departments primarily seek to reduce incidents through preventive measures, such as providing safety education and promoting safe practices. In the second stage, they respond to emergencies and actively confront incidents when they occur. Undoubtedly, public participation and cooperation with fire departments significantly support these organizations in effectively fulfilling their duties. Given the low level of citizen involvement in firerelated activities in Iran and specifically in Mashhad City, Iran, and considering the lack of scientific investigation on this issue, the present study aimed to examine and elucidate citizens&rsquo; participatory behaviors in improving urban safety, using the Mashhad Fire Department and Safety Services as a case study.<br> <strong>Method </strong>This research was conducted using a survey method. The statistical population consisted of citizens of Mashhad City, from whom 821 individuals were selected as a sample from the 13 municipal districts. Sampling was performed using proportionate stratified sampling combined with multistage cluster sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire.<br> <strong>Results </strong>The results indicate that citizens&rsquo; adherence to safety principles is relatively high. The variable &ldquo;willingness to participate&rdquo; has a positive and significant effect (&beta;=0.26) on participatory behaviors in firefighting activities. The greatest influence on willingness to participate is related to subjective norms (&beta;=0.46), perceived importance of participation (&beta;=0.23), and attitude toward participation (&beta;=0.12), respectively.
