fa بررسی و تبیین رفتارهای مشارکتی شهروندی در ارتقاء سطح ایمنی شهری با مطالعه سازمان آتش نشانی و خدمات ایمنی مشهد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">زمینه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA"> امروزه موضوع ایمنی یکی از اساسی‌ترین نیازهای زندگی بشراست</span>&nbsp;<span lang="FA">و سازمان آتش‌نشانی در مرحله نخست با انجام اقدامات پیشگیرانه همانند آموزش توصیه‌های ایمنی، تلاش در جهت کاهش حوادث دارد و در مرتبه دوم به هنگام بروز حوادث به مقابله با آنها می‌پردازد. بی‌گمان مشارکت مردمی در همراهی با آتش‌نشانی‌ این سازمان را در انجام وظایف خود به نحو مطلوب‌تری یاری ‌رساند. </span><span lang="AR-SA">با توجه به مشارکت کم شهروندان در فعالیت&shy;های آتش‌نشانی در کشور و شهر مشهد و عدم بررسی و تبیین این موضوع به صورت علمی، این تحقیق درصدد بررسی و تبیین رفتارهای مشارکتی شهروندی در ارتقاء سطح ایمنی شهری با مطالعه سازمان آتش نشانی و خدمات ایمنی مشهد می&shy;باشد.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش:</span></b><span lang="FA"> این تحقیق با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شهروندان شهر مشهد بودند که از بین آنها 821 نفر به عنوان نمونه از منطقه 13 گانه انتخاب شدند. شیوه نمونه گیری طبقه&shy;ای متناسب با حجم و خوشه ای چند مرحله ای بوده است. اطلاعات با ابزار پرسشنامه جمع&shy;آوری شد. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> نتایج تحقیق نشان می&shy;دهد که رعایت اصول ایمنی شهروندان در حد بالا می&shy;باشد. متغیر تمایل به مشارکت حدود 0.26 بر رفتارهای مشارکتی در فعالیت های آتش نشانی تاثیر مثبت و معنادار می&shy;گذارد. بیشترین تاثیر بر تمایل به مشارکت به ترتیب مربوط به متغیرهای هنجار ذهنی (ضریب بتا= 0.46)، اهمیت مشارکت (ضریب بتا= 0.23)&nbsp; و نگرش به مشارکت (ضریب بتا= 0.12) می&shy;باشند. متغیر اهمیت مشارکت بر نگرش به مشارکت (ضریب بتا= 0.78) و هنجار ذهنی (ضریب بتا= 0.72) تاثیر دارد. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA"> باید به متغیر اهمیت مشارکت در ایمنی و مدیریت بحران، به دلیل تاثیرگذاری که بر متغیرهای گرایش و هنجار و سپس تمایل به مشارکت دارد، بیشتر توجه شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Background and objective:</b> Today, the issue of safety is one of the most basic needs of human life, and the fire department is first stepping up preventive measures, such as training safety recommendations, to reduce incidents and deal with them at the second stage when incidents occur. Certainly, the participation of the people in accompanying the fire brigade of the organization would be more appropriate in fulfilling its duties. Given the low citizens participation in firefighting activities in the country and the city of Mashhad and the lack of scientific investigation and explanation of this issue, this research seeks to investigate and explain citizen participatory behaviors in improving the level of urban safety by studying the Mashhad Fire Department and Safety Services. </span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Method:</b> This research has been done survey. The statistical population of the study is citizens of Mashhad, among which 821 were selected as samples from the 13th area. The method of sampling was stratified proportional to the size multi-stage cluster. Data were collected by questionnaire. </span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Results:</b> The results of the research show that the safety of citizens is high. The intention to participation of about 0.26 on the participatory behaviors in the fire activities has a positive and significant effect. The greatest impact on the intention to participate is related to the variables of subjective norm (beta coefficient=0.46), importance of participation (beta coefficient=0.23) and attitude towards participation (beta coefficient=0.12).
