fa انفورماتیک (داده ورزی) بلایا: مدیریت اطلاعات به عنوان ابزاری برای کاهش موثر خطر بلایا تخصصي Special ترویجی ترویجی <p><span dir="RTL">اطلاعات، نقش حیاتی را از مرحله شناسایی خطر تا واکنش اضطراری و بازیابی (بهبود) ایفا می کنند و استفاده موثر از اطلاعات، ابزاری برای کاهش تاثیرات بلایا<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title=""><span dir="LTR">[1]</span></a></span> است. با پیشرفت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در چند دهه گذشته، فقدان اطلاعات دیگر موضوع چندان مهمی برای کاهش خطر بلایا محسوب نمی شود. بلکه موضوع مهم عبارتست از مدیریت و ترجمه اطلاعات به دانش جامع برای تصمیم گیری و انتشار آن در جوامع در معرض خطر برای عملکرد مناسب . پیشرفت تکنولوژی و دسترسی به ابزارهای ارتباطی در سطح مردمی، فرصتی را برای افزایش اثربخشی مدیریت خطر بلایا با استفاده بهینه از انفورماتیک (داده ورزی) بلایا ایجاد کرده است. مطالبی که در این فصل ارائه شده شامل یک نمای کلی از انفورماتیک بلایا، یک چارچوب مفهومی جهت مدیریت اطلاعات برای کاهش خطر بلایا، مروری بر روش های موجود انتشار اطلاعات در اینترنت و مروری بر تلفیق پتانسیل اینترنت با ابزارهایی است که به طور گسترده در دسترس عموم قرار دارند.</p> <div>&nbsp; <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"> <p><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1" title="">[1]</a> disasters</p> </div> </div> <p>From risk identification to emergency response and recovery, information plays a vital role and the effective use of information is instrumental to reduce the impact of disasters. With the advancement of information and communication technology in the last few decades, lack of information is no longer a major issue for disaster risk reduction. The major issue, rather, is managing the information, translating it into a comprehensive knowledge for decision making and disseminating it to the communities at risk for action. The advancement of technology and reach of communication tools at a grassroots level have created an opportunity to increase effectiveness of disaster risk management with the optimum use of disaster informatics.
