fa شناسایی معیارهای انگیزشی اکتساب دانش لجستیک در سوانح طبیعی با کاربرد روش دنپ فازی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong> یکی از موضوعاتی که سازمان‌های مرتبط با بحران با آن دست‌به‌گریبان هستند، سوانح طبیعی است. با‌توجه‌به ماهیت غیرمترقبه بودن غالب سوانح طبیعی و لزوم پشتیبانی سریع و صحیح آن‌ها، ضعف انگیزشی در اکتساب این دانش‌ها در سازمان‌های لجستیکی اثرات نامطلوب بر عملکرد این نهادها خواهد گذاشت. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی معیارهای انگیزشی اکتساب دانش لجستیک در سوانح طبیعی به‌منظور توسعه سرمایه دانشی و غنای عملکردی این سازمان‌ها است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>روش</strong>&nbsp;تحقیق حاضر از‌نظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر روش ترکیبی است. نمونه آماری آن 20 نفر از خبرگان یک سازمان لجستیک در استان تهران است که به‌صورت هدفمند و به شیوه گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. برای شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی معیارها از روش دنپ فازی استفاده شد و از ترکیب تکنیک‌های دیمتل و فرایند تحلیل شبکه برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل نتایج بهره گرفته شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> نتایج منجر به شناسایی 20 معیار انگیزشی اکتساب دانش لجستیک از مبانی نظری و بررسی سوابق موضوع و نظر خبرگان در سوانح طبیعی شد. سپس این معیارها در 6 عامل کلی دسته‌بندی شدند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> برای ایجاد انگیزه اکتساب دانش لجستیک در سوانح طبیعی نیاز است به ترتیب به شایستگی‌های فردی کارکنان، فرهنگ سازمان، زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات، شرایط محیطی، ارتقای شغلی کارکنان و نظام‌های پشتیبان توجه کرد.&nbsp;</span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#c00000"></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Background and objective</strong> One of the issues that logistics organizations deal with is the incidence of natural disasters. Due to the unpredictability of natural disasters and the need to deal with them quickly and correctly, the lack of motivation to acquire related knowledge in logistics organizations can adversely affect their performance. This study aims to identify the motivational criteria for acquiring logistics knowledge in natural disasters for logistics organizations.<br> <strong>Method </strong>This is a cross-sectional study. Participants were 20 experts from a logistics organization in Tehran, Iran, who were selected using purposive and snowball sampling methods. To collect the required information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. After identifying the motivational criteria, they were prioritized using the fuzzy DANP (DEMATEL-based analytic network process) method.<br> <strong>Results </strong>We identified 20 motivational criteria according to previous studies and the&nbsp;opinions of experts. Then, these criteria were categorized into six general groups: 1. Individual competencies of logistics staff, 2. Organizational culture, 3. Information technology, intelligence and social media, 4. Spatial and environmental conditions, 5. Career advancement and promotion and 6.
