fa تغییر اقلیم و سازگاری با آن در جوامع شهری: نمونه موردی، ژاپن تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong> بسیاری از کشورهای پیشرفته از‌جمله ژاپن شروع به اقداماتی در جهت سازگاری جوامع شهری خود با تغییرات اقلیمی در راستای پروتکل‌های اقلیمی جهان کرده‌اند که می‌تواند راهکاری برای سایر کشورها، از‌جمله کشور ایران در جهت سازگاری با تغییرات اقلیمی باشد. از این جهت هدف از این پژوهش مطالعه اقدامات و راهکارهای کشور ژاپن در جهت سازگاری با تغییرات اقلیمی در جوامع شهری است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی است.<br> <strong>&nbsp;روش</strong> روش گردآوری اطلاعات آن به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و فیش‌برداری بوده است. یافته‌های تحقیق در 2 بخش بوده است.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> بخش اول:‌ کاهش تولید گازهای گلخانه‌ای و سازگاری با تغییرات آب‌و‌هوایی است. نتایج در این بخش نشان می‌دهد در پاسخ به اثرات مختلف آب‌و‌هوایی که قبلاً در ژاپن احساس شده بود، قانون سازگاری با تغییرات آب‌و‌هوا در دسامبر 2018 به تصویب رسید. مطابق با این قانون، کابینه ژاپن برنامه ملی سازگاری خود را در سال 2021 تصویب کرد. این طرح عمدتاً ابتکاراتی را که باید توسط دولت انجام شود سازماندهی می‌کند. بخش دوم به چشم‌انداز شهرهای آینده ژاپن می‌پردازد. نتایچ نشان می‌دهد دولت ژاپن به توسعه شهرهای اسفنجی روی آورده است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> نتایج نشان می‌دهد کشور ژاپن سعی کرده است با رویکرد جدیدی، از‌جمله توسعه زیرساخت‌های متشکل از دیوارهای سبز و مناطقی شناور و تصویب قوانین با تغییرات آب‌و‌هوا سازگاری پیدا کند.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and objective</strong> Many developed countries, including Japan, have taken steps to adapt their urban communities to climate change in line with global climate protocols, which can help developing countries, including Iran, to adapt to climate change. This research aims to investigate Japan&rsquo;s strategies and plans for adapting to the risks of climate change.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Method </strong>The method of collecting information was library and record-keeping. The research findings were in two parts.<br> <strong>Results </strong>For reducing greenhouse gas emissions and adapting to climate change, Japan passed the Climate Change Adaptation Act in December 2018. The Japanese Cabinet approved the National Adaptation Plan in accordance with this Act in 2021, which defines measures to address vector-borne, food-borne, or water-borne infectious diseases and air pollution. Moreover, the results showed that the Japanese government has the intention to develop sponge cities.
