fa مدیریت بحران و ارائه الگوی اسکان موقت نوین پس از زلزله، در فضای باز چندمنظوره مراکز آموزشی‌ـ‌دانشگاهی (نمونه موردی: دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تهران) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong> پژوهش حاضر بر روی برنامه‌ریزی، مدیریت و طراحی اردوگاه اسکان موقت و نیز طراحی یک واحد سرپناه موقت در زمین ورزشگاه واقع در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تمرکز دارد. هدف اصلی، ارائه الگوی کالبدی اسکان موقت دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تهران پس از زلزله احتمالی باتوجه‌به شرایط کالبدی و غیرکالبدی منطقه یک و زیرساخت‌های موجود است. در این راستا، شناسایی شاخص‌های موردنیاز طراحی ازجمله توجه به اقلیم، حمل‌ونقل آسان و حریم خصوصی افراد مورد اهمیت بوده و به بررسی سیستماتیک محل مناسب اردوگاه، مسائل کلیدی اجتماعی پیرامون مالکیت، انعطاف‌پذیری، برنامه‌ریزی مدیریت، استفاده اقتصادی از منابع، توانایی‌های فنی و درنهایت طراحی مسکن موقت مناسب می‌پردازد. این اطلاعات تصویر دانش موجود را افزایش می‌دهند. درنتیجه، هدف از نوع کاربردی است. سیستم فرماندهی سانحه، حمل‌ونقل، نیاز‌های بهداشتی ـ رفاهی و سکونتگاه موقت برای دانشجویان در زمین ورزش دانشگاه طراحی شده است. همچنین پیشنهاداتی برای آمادگی در مقابل سانحه ارائه شده است.<br> <strong>روش</strong> پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و از نوع پیمایشی است که داده‌های آن با مصاحبه‌های کیفی با متخصصین و مشاهده میدانی، بررسی اسناد، متون و مدارک مکتوب تخصصی جمع‌آوری شده و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> براساس یافته‌های حاصل از اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای، مشاهدات و مصاحبه‌ها، فضای مناسب جهت برپایی مجموعه اسکان در دانشگاه شناسایی و پیش‌بینی شد و بر این اساس شرح وظایف ارگان‌های مستقر بیان شد. سپس بر پایه اولویت‌های طراحی، اسکان موقت طراحی شده و تمهیدات تولید تا برپایی جهت کاهش ریسک تعیین شدند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong> نتایج حاصل، بینشی را در خصوص پروژه‌های اسکان موقت، حمل‌ونقل و برپایی آن در شرایط پس از سانحه می‌دهد و باتوجه‌به مسائل اقتصادی، زیست‌محیطی و روانی ساکنین و مواردی همچون مکان‌یابی نوآورانه، انعطاف‌پذیری، برنامه‌ریزی هماهنگ و قابلیت استفاده مجدد و استفاده از سرمایه اجتماعی، به طراحی و ارائه الگوی مدنظر می‌پردازد. همچنین با استفاده از نتایج پژوهش، امکان گسترش زمینه نتایج برای مطالعات موردی دیگر وجود دارد.<br> &nbsp;</div> <strong>Background and objective </strong>The current study focuses on the planning, management and design of a temporary accommodation camp as well as the design of a temporary shelter. The main goal is to present the physical model of a temporary accommodation camp in the football field of Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran, to be used after an earthquake, considering the physical and non-physical conditions of the district 1 and the existing infrastructure.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Method </strong>This is a descriptive-analytical survey study. Qualitative method and interviews with five experts, field observation, documents, and articles were used for collecting information.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results </strong>Based on the findings of observations, interviews and the library information, the suitable space for the establishment of the accommodation complex in the university was identified and predicted, based on this, the description of the duties of the established bodies was stated.
