fa ارائه مدل معادلات ساختاری روابط بین بصیرت‌افزایی و مدیریت بحران با میانجیگری پدافند غیرعامل: مطالعه موردی فرماندهی انتظامی استان اصفهان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong> بصیرت‌افزایی، ارتقای دانش انتظامی و بهره‌گیری از راهبرد پدافند عامل و غیرعامل در مدیریت بحران نقش چشم‌گیری داشته و بسیاری از حوادث و اتفاقات با این راهبرد در جامعه حل خواهند شد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدل معادلات ساختاری روابط بین بصیرت‌افزایی و مدیریت بحران با نقش میانجی پدافند غیرعامل است.<br> <strong>روش</strong> پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش اجرا توصیفی ـ پیمایشی با رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه موردمطالعه، کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی استان اصفهان ( شرکت‌کننده در دوره‌های بصیرت استانی) به تعداد240 نفر بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، 148 نفر از کارکنان که همگی مدیران لایه دوم فرماندهی انتظامی استان اصفهان بودند انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بود که در بخش میدانی از پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد مدیریت بحران جهانبخش و همکاران (1395)، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته بصیرت با 14 گویه و پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته پدافند غیرعامل با 30 گویه استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آزمون آماری همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام‌به‌گام استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها با استفاده از روایی سازه (همگرا و واگرا) و پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به‌ترتیب برابر 0/95، 0/94 و 0/97 و پایایی مرکب به‌ترتیب برابر 0/96، 0/95 و0/97 به دست آمد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه 20 و Smart PLS نسخه 23 استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد بصیرت‌افزایی و مؤلفه‌های آن به‌همراه پدافند غیرعامل بر مدیریت بحران تأثیر دارند و متغیر پدافند غیرعامل نیز نقش میانجی در رابطه بین بصیرت‌افزایی و مدیریت بحران دارد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری </strong>بصیرت‌افزایی یکی از عوامل مهم در ارتقای کیفیت مدیریت بحران به‌همراه توجه به ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های پدافند غیرعامل محسوب می‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر یکی از نکات مهم در نوآوری، توجه به لایه‌های پنهان مدیریت بحران در عملکرد مأموریت‌های پلیسی است، زیرا با دریافت مفهوم پدافند غیرعامل ارتباط بین این عنصر استراتژیک با مدیریت بحران مشخص می‌شود و می‌توان در راستای پیشگیری و برخورد با تهدیدات داخلی و خارجی آماده بود.&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</div> <div><div id="ftn1" style="text-align: justify;"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and objective</strong> Increasing insight, law enforcement knowledge, and using active and passive defense mechanisms have a significant role in crisis management, and many disasters can be solved with these mechanisms in the society. The current research aims to provide a structural equation modeling (SEM) of the relationship between insight and crisis management mediated by passive defense mechanism.<br> <strong>Method </strong>This is a descriptive survey using SEM method. The study population consists of the employees of Isfahan police department (FAA) in Isfahan, Iran, who had participated in the provincial insight courses (n=240). The sample size was determined using Cochran&rsquo;s formula. By using simple random sampling method, 148 eligible employees were selected, all of whom were second-level managers. The standard crisis management questionnaires of Jahanbakhsh et al. (2015), a researcher-made insight scale with 14 items, and a researcher-made questionnaire of passive defense with 30 items were used to collect data. To analyze the data and test the hypotheses, correlation test, stepwise multiple regression analysis, and SEM were used in SPSS software, version 20 and Smart PLS software, version 3.<br> <strong>Results </strong>The findings showed that insight and its components together with passive defense had a significant relationship with crisis management. The variable of passive defense also had a significant mediating role in the relationship between insight and crisis management.<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong>increasing insight is one of the important factors in improving the quality of crisis management along with paying attention to the dimensions and components of passive defense. One of the strengths of this study was the attention to the hidden layers of crisis management in the performance of police missions.
