fa امکان‌سنجی روش‌های اسکان موقت پس از زلزله محتمل در فاز 2 شهر پردیس Feasibility of temporary accommodation methods after a possible earthquake in Pardis city تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناخت روش‌های اسکان موقت، امکان‌سنجی هر یک از آن‌ها به‌منظور یافتن یک روش مدیریتی کارآمد جهت اسکان موقت حادثه دیدگان پس از زلزله در شهر پردیس است. هم‌چنین راه‌حل پیشنهادی در کنار راه‌حل‌های موجود و متداول امکان‌سنجی خواهد شد و با توجه به معیارهای امکان‌سنجی گزینه برتر انتخاب می‌شود. روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر ماهیت از نوع کمی محسوب می‌شود که بنا بر ضرورت پژوهش، ترکیبی از بررسی ادبیات فنی اعم از کتاب، رساله و مقالات، جستجوهای اینترنتی، انجام مصاحبه با جامعه مورد مطالعه، دریافت داده های موجود و گزارش بازدیدهای میدانی است. هم‌چنین تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق روش ارزیابی تاپسیس انجام و از نرم‌افزار اکسل استفاده شده است. یافته ها: در طول دهه‌های اخیر جهان همواره شاهد وقوع سوانح طبیعی بوده که موجب بروز خسارات و تلفات اقتصادی و اجتماعی جبران‌ناپذیری شده است. اتخاذ روش صحیح اسکان موقت از مهم‌ترین و چالش‌سازترین اقدامات مدیریتی پس از بحران به‌حساب می‌آید که خود شامل 10 روش متفاوت می‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر به‌دلیل عدم کارکرد برخی از آن‌ها در مناطق شهری از مرحله ارزیابی حذف شد و تنها پنج روش اسکان موقت در زمین ملک خود، خانه اقوام، فضای سبز محلات، ساختمان‌های عمومی محله و اسکان در اردوگاه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل پرسشنامه‌ها با روش ارزیابی تاپسیس، برتری و کارآمدی روش جمعی در پارک‌ها و فضای باز محلات در مقایسه با روش‌های دیگر به اثبات رسید. به همین منظور دو قطعه زمین در فاز دو پردیس که فاقد کاربری هستند به‌عنوان پارک چندعمکردی پیشنهاد داده شده است، که علاوه بر کارایی در شرایط عادی جهت اسکان موقت بازماندگان مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گیرند. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and purpose: The main goal of this research is to know the methods of temporary accommodation, the feasibility of each of them in order to find an efficient management method for the temporary accommodation of victims after the earthquake in Pardis city. Also, the proposed solution will be feasible next to the existing and common solutions, and according to the feasibility criteria, the best option will be selected. Method: The present research is quantitative in nature, which is a combination of technical literature review, including books, treatises and articles, internet searches, conducting interviews with the studied community, receiving existing data and reporting field visits. Also, data analysis has been done through TOPSIS evaluation method and Excel software has been used. Findings: During the recent decades, the world has always witnessed the occurrence of natural disasters that have caused irreparable economic and social losses. Adopting the correct method of temporary accommodation is one of the most important and challenging management measures during or after the crisis occurence, which includes several different methods. In the present study, some of them were removed from the evaluation stage due to their non-functionality in urban areas, and only five methods of temporary housing in their own land, relatives’s houses, neighborhood green spaces, neighborhood public buildings, and camp housing were evaluated. Conclusion: The results of the analysis of the questionnaires with the TOPSIS evaluation method, the superiority and efficiency of the collective method in the parks and open spaces of the neighborhoods were proved compared to other methods.
