fa شناسایی عوامل کلیدی تاب‌آوری محلات شهری در مقابله با ویروس کرونا Identifying the Key Resilience Factors of Urban Areas to Dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: بلایای طبیعی و غیرطبیعی، جان بسیاری را گرفته و فضاهای شهری و اجتماعات بسیاری را از بین برده است. پیامدهای این تهدیدات و مسائل امروزی شهری، ضرورت اقدام برای شهرهای تاب‌آور را مطرح ساخته است. ماه دسامبر سال 2019 زمانی برای شیوع بیماری ویروس کرونا از ووهان چین بود؛ بیماری که به سرعت همه جهان را فراگرفت و در زندگی بشر اختلال ایجاد کرد. روش: پژوهش توصیفی–تحلیلی حاضر برآن است که با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای و مجلات و مقالات معتبر فارسی و انگلیسی، شاخص‌های حائز اهمیت در ارتباط با تاب‌آوری محلات در برابر کرونا را استخراج نماید و با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی و کمک از نرم افزار میک مک آن‌ها را تحلیل کند. یافته‌ها: با توجه به مطالعات در طی انجام پژوهش، تعداد 61 عامل مؤثر بر تاب‌آوری محلات در برابر کرونا شناسایی شدند که با نرم افزار میک و نمودارهای مستخرج از آن، تحلیل‌ها صورت پذیرفته است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که از میان عوامل تأثیرگذار بر تاب‌آوری محلات در برابر کرونا -که مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند- بخش عمده آن‌ها در دسته مستقل و وابسته قرار گرفتند و"تراکم جمعیتی" و "برنامه‌های مقابله با بحران در محله" از اصلی‌ترین عوامل در این حوزه می‌باشند؛ به این معنا که این دو عامل در بررسی میزان تاب‌آوری محلات در مقابله با ویروس کرونا تأثیر بسزایی دارند که باید به آن‌ها توجه ویژه‌ای داشت.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and objective: Natural and unnatural disasters have claimed many lives and destroyed many urban spaces and communities. The consequences of these threats and today's urban issues have raised the need for action for resilient cities. December 2019 was the time for the outbreak of coronavirus in China, a disease that quickly spread throughout the world and disrupted human life. Method: In this regard, the present descriptive-analytical research aims to collect information through library data and valid Persian and English magazines and articles to extract important indicators related to the resilience of neighborhoods against Corona and with a future approach. Research and help analyze them from Mic Mac software. Findings: According to the studies, during the research, 61 factors affecting the resilience of neighborhoods against corona were identified, which were performed with Mick software and diagrams extracted from those analyzes.
