fa شناسایی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر عوامل هماهنگی بین سازمان‌های متولی مدیریت بحران در مناطق زلزله‌زده کرمانشاه عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پیش زمینه و هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> امروزه مقابله و پیشگیری از بلایا و مدیریت بحران جزو مسائل اصلی و حساس کشورها می‌باشد. سازمان‌ها نیز به‌عنوان یکی از اجزای اصلی جامعه امروزی از این امر مستثنا نیستند. چالش عمده‌ سازمان‌ها هماهنگی به هنگام بروز &nbsp;بحران، جهت کنترل آن می‌باشد. در همین راستا، در این تحقیق به دنبال مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار در هماهنگی بین سازمان‌های متولی مدیریت بحران در مناطق زلزله‌زده کرمانشاه می‌باشیم. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی&ndash; همبستگی و با هدفی کاربردی است که جامعه آماری آن 120 نفر از مدیران، خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران 20 دستگاه متولی مدیریت بحران استان کرمانشاه بودندکه حداقل سابقه کار اجرائی در دو زلزله اخیر را داشتند و از میان آنها، نمونه‌ای به حجم 92 نفر انتخاب گردید. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها نیز از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد.</span><br> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;<strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بین</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مؤلفه‌های عوامل سازمانی، ساختاری، ارتباطی، اطلاعاتی، منابع و تجهیزاتی، آموزشی، فرهنگی و هماهنگی بین سازمان‌های متولی مدیریت بحران در مناطق زلزله‌زده کرمانشاه ارتباط معنایی وجود داشت. در مجموع 54 مؤلفه مؤثر در هماهنگی شناخته شدند که &laquo;مؤلفه‌های ارتباطی&raquo; با میانگین رتبه‌ای 04/5 مؤثرترین و &laquo;مؤلفه‌های اطلاعاتی&raquo; با میانگین 90/3 کم‌اثرترین مؤلفه بودند. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> جهت ایجاد هماهنگی ثمربخش و کارا بین سازمان‌های متولی مدیریت بلایا، باید با تدوین برنامه‌ها و چارچوب‌های روشن، وظایف، ساختار، جزئیات فرایند ارتباطات سازمانی و نحوه همکاری و هماهنگی سازمان‌ها به طور دقیق مشخص گردد و این برنامه‌ها در قالب مانور آزمایشی اجرا، تمرین و تکرار شوند تا در صحنه عمل نیز موجبات ایجاد هماهنگی مؤثر بین سازمان‌ها باشند.</span><br> &nbsp;</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Nowadays, disaster prevention and crisis management are the main and sensitive issues in countries. Organizations, as one of the main components of today&#39;s society, are no exception. . The main problem of organizations is coordination in the event of a crisis to control it. In this regard, in this study, we are looking for influential components in the cooperation between disaster management organizations in the earthquake-stricken areas of Kermanshah.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This is a descriptive-correlational study with an applied aim that the statistical population consisted of 120 managers, experts and experts of 20 crisis management agencies in Kermanshah province who had the least executive experience in the last two earthquakes. A sample of 92 people was selected. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data.<br> &nbsp;<strong>Results:</strong> There was a semantic relationship between the components of organizational, structural, communication, informational, resources and equipment, educational, cultural and coordination between disaster management organizations in the earthquake-stricken areas of Kermanshah.
