fa مدیریت بحران و کاهش ریسک همه گیری ویروس کرونا (با تاکید بر توانمندی‌های ایران) تخصصي Special ترویجی ترویجی <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> همه‌گیری جهانی ویروس کرونا تهدیدی جدی را متوجه سلامت و امنیت جامعه جهانی کرده است؛ تهدیدی که به واسطه شدت و گستره ارتباطات انسانی و مراودات اقتصادی در جهان امروز مرزی نمی‌شناسد. قرار گرفتن ایران در فهرست یکی از قربانیان اصلی ویروس کرونا در کنار دشواری واردات مواد اولیه، داروها و تجهیزات پزشکی به واسطه تحریم‌ها، کشورمان را با مسئولیتی خطیر مواجه کرده است؛ مسئولیتی که انجام صحیح آن منوط به شکل‌گیری یک عزم ملی و همکاری همه‌جانبه تمام دستگاه‌های اجرایی در مدیریت بحران پیش آمده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این پژوهش به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که مدیریت بحران چه نقشی در کاهش ریسک همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا دارد؟</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر این موضوع است که رویکرد و استراتژی کشورها در مدیریت بحران کرونا متفاوت بوده و هر یک از کشورها عمدتا یکی از رویکردهای آرام کردن یا کاهش آسیب، کنترل فعال (استراتژی مهار) و یا سرکوب قاطع را جهت مدیریت بحران کرونا در پیش گرفته‌اند. </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در ایران با توجه به وجود ظرفیت‌های گسترده از قبیل امکانات گسترده پزشکی و بیمارستانی، سازمان هلال احمر، سازمان پدافند غیرعامل، مدیریت بحران و ورود به موقع یگان‌های نظامی و ... به عرصه مدیریت بحران، اپیدمی کرونا علی رغم شروعی ضعیف؛ در حال حاضر شکل قابل قبولی در حوزه ارائه خدمات سلامت به خود گرفته است و توانسته پاسخ به نیاز بیماران بستری را تحت مدیریت در آورد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Objectives: </strong>The global outbreak of the coronavirus has posed a serious threat to the health and safety of the international community; A threat that, due to the intensity and scope of human communication and economic relations in today&#39;s world, knows no borders. Iran&#39;s inclusion on the list of one of the main victims of the coronavirus, along with the difficulty of importing raw materials, medicines and medical equipment through sanctions, has placed our country at serious risk; The responsibility for doing so depends on the formation of a national determination and the comprehensive cooperation of all executive bodies in crisis management.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This descriptive-analytical study seeks to answer the question of what role crisis management plays in reducing the risk of coronavirus epidemiology.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings show that countries&#39; approaches and strategies for managing Corona crisis are different, and each country is mainly one of the approaches to calm or reduce harm, active control (containment strategy) or decisive repression to manage Bahrain Corona.
