fa نقش و جایگاه لجستیک در مدیریت بحران: مطالعهء موردی زلزلهء کرمانشاه تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در طی سال&shy;های گذشته، نواحی متعددی از کشور تحت تأثیر بحران&shy; های محیطی نظیر سیل و زلزله قرار گرفته&shy; اند. تعداد زیاد و حجم تخریبی آن&shy;ها، نیاز به مدیریت صحیح این بحران&shy;ها و چگونگی انسجام در بین عوامل مدیریتی را افزایش داده است. لجستیک و مدیریت آن یکی از مهم&shy;ترین عوامل محسوب می&shy;شود. این تحقیق، به بررسی اهمیت و جایگاه مدیریت لجستیک در هنگام بروز بحران و ارائه &shy;&shy;ی راهبردهای مناسب در این زمینه می&shy;پردازد. هدف اصلی در این تحقیق، بررسی ادبیات نظری در خصوص توصیف شیوه &shy;های رایج و دیدگاه &shy;های تحقیقی در مورد مدیریت لجستیک در زمان بحران است. این تحقیق، جهت&shy; ها و دیدگاه&shy; هایی را برای تحقیقات آتی در زمینه&shy; ی مدیریت لجستیک هنگام بحران فراهم می&shy; آورد. قلمرو این تحقیق به زلزله&shy; ی 7.2 ریشتری در آبان&shy;ماه 1396 در کرمانشاه تعریف می&shy;شود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و نحوه&shy; ی گردآوری داده &shy;ها از نوع پژوهش&shy;های توصیفی (کیفی) می&shy;باشد. تحقیق کیفی برای درک و تبیین پدیده‌های پیچیده اجتماعی از داده‌های کیفی نظیر داده‌های حاصله از مصاحبه، مشاهده مشارکتی، مستندات، پرسشنامه و ... استفاده می‌کند. پیدایش تحقیق کیفی به وجود عامل انسانی مربوط می&shy;شود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بررسی&shy; های انجام شده و تحلیل محتوایی مصاحبه &shy;های انجام شده، نشان داد که لجستیک در زمینه مدیریت بحران به&shy; خصوص در رابطه با زلزله نقش بسزایی دارد. به &shy;دلیل همین نقش برجسته در بحران زلزله، لجستیک می&shy;تواند تأثیر قابل&shy; توجهی در موفقیت اقدمات انجام شده در خصوص مدیریت بحران داشته باشد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بر این اساس، اقدامات لجستیکی در بحران&shy;هایی نظیر زلزله، فعالیت&shy;هایی نظیر تأمین تجهیزات، انبارداری و نگه&shy;داری، مدیریت ناوگان، حمل و نقل ابزار و مواد و افراد، مدیریت دارایی&shy;ها، مدیریت امکانات، امنیت، مدیریت اطلاعات و ارتباطات را شامل می&shy;شود.</span></span></div> <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and objective: </strong>During the past years, some areas of the country have been affected by environmental crises such as floods and earthquakes. The large numbers and the extent of destruction have increased the necessity of proper crisis management and coherence among management factors. Logistics and its management is one of the most important factors. This research considers the importance and position of logistics management during a crisis and provides appropriate strategies in this regard. The main objective of this research is to study theoretical literature on describing common methods and research perspectives on logistics management in times of crisis; and also provides directions and perspectives for future studies in the field of logistics management during the crisis. The domain of this research is defined as 7.2 Richter scale earthquakes in Kermanshah in November 2017.</p> <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><strong>Method:</strong> The methodology of this study is a descriptive (qualitative) research by collecting data as a functional purpose. Interviews, collaborative observations, documentation, questionnaire and etc. are used as qualitative data to better understanding and explaining social complex phenomena.
