fa تبیین، تحلیل و راهکارهای کاهش آسیب‌پذیری در برابر زلزله (مورد مطالعاتی: یک واحد همسایگی از محله گلستان شرقی در منطقه 22 تهران) Understanding, analyzing and reducing the vulnerability to earthquakes (Case Study of East Golestan Neighborhood Unit: Tehran District 22) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: بررسی میزان آسیب پذیری لرزه ای و ارائه راهکارهای کاهش آسیب پذیری از موضوعات مهم روز است. از این رو، این مقاله به تبیین، تحلیل و راهکارهای کاهش آسیب پذیری لرزه ای در یک واحد همسایگی از محله گلستان شرقی واقع در منطقه 22 تهران، به عنوان مورد مطالعاتی، میپردازد. بدین منظور، این مقاله با اهداف کاهش تلفات و خسارات در زلزله احتمالی، شناخت آسیب پذیری محدوده مورد مطالعه، شناسایی نقاط امن و خطرناک محدوده مورد مطالعه و تهیه نقشه های شناسایی و تخلیه در محدوده مورد مطالعه تدوین شده است. روش: روش به کار رفته در این پژوهش، روش توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی است. در ابتدا، نیاز به جمع آوری منابع اطلاعاتی مورد نیاز میباشد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از شیوه های مختلفی همانند مشاهده استفاده شده است. برای آسیب شناسی و آسیب نگاری نیز از نقشه های مربوطه، تصویربرداری و نقشه های GIS استفاده شده است. جهت دستیابی به راهکارها به منابع کتابخانه ای اعم از مقالات، کتب، گزارشات، اسناد مکتوب و سایتهای الکترونیکی معتبر، مراجعه شده است. یافته ها: راهکارهای کاهش آسیب پذیری لرزه ای، به سه دسته راهکارهای سازه ای، غیرسازه ای و مدیریتی تقسیم میشوند. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان میدهد که علاوه بر اقدامات کاهش آسیب پذیری سازه ای و غیرسازه ای در واحد همسایگی، راهکارهای مدیریتی و نقش آموزش و آمادگی مردم در سوانحی مانند زلزله بسیار حیاتی است. همچنین، با بکارگیری روشهای ساده و کارامد میتوان اجزای غیرسازه ای را در برابر خطرات ناشی از بروز سوانحی همانند زمین لرزه، مقاوم نمود. نتیجه گیری: نصب آژیرهای هشدار حریق، کپسولهای آتشنشانی، تابلوها و علائم تخلیه در مسیرهای عبوری، تابلوهای نشان دهنده مکانهای امن و خطرناک، مقاوم سازی دیوارها و تیغه ها، مستحکم نمودن اتصالات در مبلمان شهری، کاهش سطوح شیشه ای در حد امکان در جداره های بنا و استفاده از لایه های پلاستیک و لمینیت برای جلوگیری از فروریزش و خرد شدن شیشه ها، در کنار توجه به راهکارهای مدیریتی، میزان صدمات و خسارات را در سطح واحد همسایگی به حداقل میرساند.</div> Background & Objective: The study of seismic vulnerability and providing vulnerability reduction strategies are the important issues. Therefore, this paper deals with the study, analysis and strategies for reducing seismic vulnerability in a neighborhood from the eastern Golestan area in Tehran's 22nd district. For this purpose, this paper has been written with the aim of reducing losses in an earthquake, identifying the vulnerability of the case study, identifying the safe and dangerous points of the case study and providing identification and evacuation maps in the area. Method: The method used in this research is a descriptive-analytical method of survey type. At first, to gather information resources is needed. Different methods such as observation have been used to collect data. Mapping, imaging and GIS maps have also been used. Library resources, including articles, books, reports, written documents, and valid electronic sites are used for finding the solutions. Findings: Seismic vulnerability reduction strategies are divided into three categories: structural, non-structural, and managerial solutions. The results of the research show that in addition to the measures to reduce the structural and non-structural vulnerability in the neighborhood, management solutions and the role of education and readiness of people in a disaster like earthquake are very important. Also, using simple and efficient methods, non-structural components can be resilient to the disasters such as earthquakes.
