fa مکان‌یابی اسکان موقت پس از زلزله احتمالی تهران در فضاهای سبز شهری منطقه 22 شهرداری تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: مکان‌یابی سکونتگاه‌های موقت پس از زلزله احتمالی تهران خصوصاً در فضاهای سبز شهری، از جمله چالش‌های پیش‌رو در مدیریت بحران محسوب می‌شود. لذا این مقاله بر آن است تا با شناخت ابعاد و جنبه‌های مؤثر و تعیین معیارهای مکان‌یابی برای اسکان موقت، به شناسایی و رتبه بندی مکان‌های مناسب جهت اسکان موقت در میان فضاهای سبز منطقه 22 شهرداری تهران بپردازد.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><strong>روش</strong>: مقاله حاضر با روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی با ترکیب رویه کیفی و کمی به بررسی روش‌های مکان‌یابی فضاهای سبز تهران </span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">برای اسکان موقت می‌پردازد. نرم افزار مبتنی بر </span><span dir="LTR">GIS</span> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;">و روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی</span> <span dir="LTR">(AHP) </span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">&nbsp;به منظور نیل به اهداف مقاله مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> یافته&shy; ها: <span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نتایج پژوهش نشان می&shy;دهد نوع فضای سبز، خدمات، تجهیزات و زیرساخت‌ها، و امنیت و حفاظت به عنوان شاخص‌های اصلی امکان</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">سنجی، و کارایی، ایمنی، و سازگاری به ترتیب اهمیت،</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> معیارهای اصلی مکان&shy;یابی فضاهای سبز شهری برای اسکان موقت در سطح اول می&shy;باشند.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری</strong>: فضاهای سبز شهری منطقه 22 شهرداری تهران دارای ارزش‌های یکسان برای اسکان موقت نبوده و لذا ضمن رتبه&shy;بندی فضاهای مذکور با شاخص‌های مکان‌یابی، مطلوبیت استقرار سکونتگاه‌های موقت پس از زلزله احتمالی مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرد.</span></span></div> <strong>Background and objective:</strong> Site selection of temporary settlements after probable earthquake of Tehran is one of the challenges of crisis management. The present paper tries to find effective factors and criteria of site selection for temporary settlements among urban green spaces of municipality district 22 Tehran and rank them.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This paper investigates methods of site selection of Tehran&#39;s green spaces for temporary settlements by descriptive-analytical methodology and a confection of quantitative and qualitative approach.
