fa چالش‌های ساختاری مدیریت بحران در شرکت آب و فاضلاب مشهد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> آینده همواره به طور کامل بر وفق مراد نبوده و گاه بر اساس بحران‌ رقم خواهد خورد. از آنجا که مدیریت بحران جزو وظایف همیشگی و روزمره سازمان‌ها نیست، اغلب مدیران از آمادگی لازم در رابطه با آن برخوردار نیستند. بیشتر سازمان‌ها به‌طورکلی از آن غافل بوده و در شرایط بحران به فکر مدیریت بر آن می‌افتند که زمان عمل اندک است. این تحقیق در صدد است که تمامی‌کارکنان و مدیران شرکت آبفای مشهد نسبت به مقوله بحران و مدیریت آن آشنایی داشته و بتوانند نخست با پیش‌بینی‌های لازم از بروز آن پیشگیری نمایند و دوم، در شرایط بحران، آمادگی لازم برای مقابله با آن‌را داشته باشند. از دیگر سوی نیز بتوانند فعالیت‌های سازمان</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color: black;">&lrm;</span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">ها و ادارات درون و برون سازمانی را در مراحل پنجگانه مدیریت بحران هماهنگ نمایند. بر این اساس هدف اصلی این تحقیق، تولید دستورالعمل اجرایی جهت مدیریت بحران و شناسایی سازمان‌های توانمند در مدیریت بحران و امکانات بین آنها در مقابله با شرایط بحران است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">روش : </span></span></strong><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">&nbsp;این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش اجرا، توصیفی و تحلیلی محسوب می‌شود که بنا بر ضرورت، ترکیبی از شیوه‌های بررسی میدانی، مصاحبه، مشاهده، برگزاری جلسات و سایر ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات همچون پرسشنامه در آن استفاده گردیده که از تجمیع آنها برای شناسایی وضعیت، مسائل و راهکارها استفاده شده است. تحقیق حاضر مشتمل بر 20 پرسش است که در جریان پژوهش به آن پاسخ داده شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">&nbsp;نتایج این پروژه مطالعاتی افزون بر ارتقای توانمندی‌های شرکت آبفای مشهد، در قبال پیشگیری بحران و مقابله با آن، به کاهش هزینه‌های مالی و اقتصادی این شرکت خواهد انجامید.</span></span></span> <strong>Background and objective</strong>: The future is not always smooth sailing, and is sometimes marked by crises. Since crisis management is not the organization&#39;s daily and routine tasks, most managers are not prepared facing with the crisis. More organizations are often unaware of it and only think about crisis management when it is too late. The aim of the present study is that all employees and managers in ABFA Mashhad Company become familiar towards crisis management and can prevent it in the first place with the provisions and secondly, be ready to deal with the crisis. On the other hand, they can coordinate the activities of internal and external organizations and departments in the five stages of crisis management. Accordingly, the main objective of the research is to produce and identify procedures for crisis management and identifying enable organizations in crisis management and their possibilities in dealing with the crisis.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study is an applied research in terms of the purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of the method and based on a combination of field survey methods, interviews, observations, meetings and other data collection tools such as questionnaires have been utilized as needed. The combination of the methods was used to identify the situation, problems, and solutions.
