fa الگوی مکان یابی ایستگاه جدید آتش نشانی با رویکرد اثربخشی در شرایط بحران و با استفاده از روش بهترین و بدترین(Best-Worst Method) (مورد مطالعه: شهر بندرعباس) Proposed Model for Locating New Fire Stations with an Effectiveness-Oriented Approach under Crisis Conditions Using the Best-Worst Method (Case Study: Bandar Abbas City) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: مکان استقرار ایستگاه های آتش نشانی عاملی مهم در مقابله با آتش سوزی ها است، لذا از راهبردی ترین تصمیماتی است که مدیران با آن مواجه اند، چرا که مکان یابی بهینه آن، ایمنی و رفاه مردم را در پی خواهد داشت.  هدف این مقاله مکان یابی ایستگاه جدید آتش نشانی شهر بندرعباس با رویکرد اثربخشی در شرایط بحران و کار بست تکنیک بهترین و بدترین می باشد. روش: داده های اصلی پژوهش با روش میدانی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شده و واحدهای آماری پژوهش شامل 8نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان ستادی سازمان آتش نشانی و فرمانده هان ایستگاه های آتش نشانی در سطح شهر بندرعباس می باشند. سپس جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تکنیک بهترین و بدترین استفاده گردید. یافته ها: براساس نتایج بدست آمده، مشخص گردید، بلوار شهید رجایی با میزان اهمیت 0.461 اولویت اول بوده، سپس شهرک پیامبر اعظم و اسکله شهید باهنر به ترتیب با میزان اهمیت 0.208و 0.168 در اولویت دوم و سوم قرار دارند. و در نهایت بلوار امام حسین(ع) با میزان اهمیت 0.163 در اولویت چهارم می باشد. نتیجه گیری: تحلیل ها بیانگر آن می باشد که با ایجاد ایستگاه جدید در مکان پیشنهادی ضمن افزایش شعاع پوششی موجب کاهش میانگین مدت زمان رسیدن آتش نشانان به محل حادثه و خدمات رسانی به موقع آنها می گردد. که این مهم می‌تواند کاهش مطلوبی در صدمات جانی و مالی ناشی از حوادث ایجاد نماید.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and objective: The location of fire stations is a vital factor in fighting fires. Therefore, it is one of the most strategic decisions that the officials face, because its optimal location will lead to the safety and well-being of the people. The purpose of this article is to locate the new fire station in Bandar Abbas with the approach of effectiveness in crisis situations and using the best and worst technique. Method: The main data of the research were collected by Field method and researcher-made questionnaire and the statistical population of the study includes8   people managers and staff experts of the fire department and fire station officials in Bandar Abbas. Then the best and worst technique were used to analyze the data. Findings: According to the results, it was found that Shahid Rajaei Boulevard has importance of 0.461 as the first priority, Then, Town of the Great Prophet and Shahid Bahonar wharf are in the second and third priority with the importance of 0.208 and 0.168 respectively and finally, Imam Hussein Boulevard (AS) with a significance of 0.163 is in the fourth priority. Conclusion: The analyses indicate that by establishing a new station at the proposed location; while increasing the coverage radius, it will reduce the average time it takes for firefighters to reach the scene of the accident and provide timely services.
